Having beforehand debuted on PC VR and PS VR2 in Might, the standalone port initially focused a December launch earlier than being quietly delayed. This is the earlier trailer.
Centered round a younger boy known as Luca, MADiSON VR sees you awaken inside an uncommon home with your loved ones massacred. Navigating a creepy mansion as you remedy occult puzzles, you are armed with a possessed prompt digital camera as you face the spirit of an evil assassin, who needs you to finish a sinister decades-old ritual.
Whereas we have but to go hands-on with the Quest port, we praised MADiSON VR in our evaluation for the PS VR2 model. Although we criticized the “obtuse puzzles,” we thought of this flatscreen adaptation to be a “really stellar horror sport.”
As somebody who performed the unique MADiSON, I had an inkling of what occurs in every part of the roughly six-to-seven-hour marketing campaign, however nothing might totally put together me for the VR expertise. Each creaking floorboard, each audible thump in a nook, and each malicious whisper prompted mounting dread and an environment like no different.
MADiSON VR is out now for Quest 2 and the Quest 3 household, although Quest Professional is not supported. Elsewhere, it is also out there on PS VR2 and Steam.
